Suspected Stolen Jewellery Seized
December 19th, 2018 - Police & the Community

The Barrie Police is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the rightful owners after some suspected stolen property was recently recovered in the City of Barrie.

As a result of an investigation that was conducted by the Barrie Police Street Crime Unit, a quantity of jewellery that is believed to have been stolen from a recent break and enter has been recovered and police would like to return it to the owners. It is possible that the break and enter may not have been reported to police and it is also possible that the owners may not be aware that they were victims of a break and enter.

Anyone with information on who may own this property is asked to contact Detective Constable Calleja of the Barrie Police Service by email at kcalleja@barriepolice.ca or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or leave an anonymous tip online at www.p3tips.com.
