The Barrie Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a suspect(s) following a theft that occurred in the City of Barrie. 

On Sunday, September 23, 2018, just after 1:00 a.m., a pick-up truck had entered the property of Georgian Chevrolet GMC dealership, located at 65 Barrie View Drive, and removed a set of tires and rims from a vehicle that had been parked on the lot.

Video surveillance captured a white pick-up truck leaving the premise with a set of tires and rims loaded in the back. The tires are described as; Bridgestone Dueler A/T 285/45/22 and the rims are described as; 22-inch, 6-spoke, high-gloss, and black in colour.

The investigation is ongoing.

The suspect vehicle is described as;

  • White, pick-up truck
  • Black accents on the front hood
