Police Looking for Information in Nighttime Break and Enter at Local Business

Barrie Police are looking for the public's assistance in gathering information, including suspect identity, in regards to a nighttime break and enter in to a downtown business.

On Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 the premise at 63 Mary Street, in the City of Barrie was entered by an unknown individual sometime throughout the night.  Video surveillance at the property showed a male suspect force open a utility door as well as the rear door of the business that occupies the main and upper floor of the building.  Once inside, multiple office doors were forced open and drawers rummaged through.

Inventory of the business determined the following items missing:

  • Sonos wireless speakers x 2
  • Sony cube stereo
  • Dyson V6 vacuum with white canister cover
  • Various power & auxiliary codes
