On Monday, June 18, 2018, the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad located and arrested federal offender Keith James. 

The accused was located and arrested  without incident in downtown Barrie on Monday just,  before 12:00 p.m. He had been wanted on a Canada wide warrant as a result of breaching his parole.

Keith James will be remanded into custody and returned to a secured facility where he will continue to serve his two (2) year federal sentence.  

The Provincial ROPE Squad would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.

 Federal Inmate Wanted - Keith James 

(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant as a result of his breach of parole.

Keith JAMES is described as;

  • Male, white (33 yrs.)
  • 5'11", 200 lbs.
  • Brown hair and brown eyes

He is serving a two (2) year federal sentence for two counts of Robbery and Theft Under $5,000. The offender is known to frequent the City of Barrie and Angus area.
