Stingy Robbery Suspect Arrested

Barrie Police have made an arrest in connection with the robbery that occurred on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 at the Circle K located at 353 Duckworth Street, in the City of Barrie.  On Thursday, March 29th, 2018 the accused male attended the Barrie Police Service to turn himself in.  The 24-year-old Barrie male was charged with Robbery, Disguise with Intent and Carry Concealed Weapon.  He will be in a Barrie Court in the coming month to answer to his charges.

Barrie Police Service is looking for the public's assistance to identify a male suspect in connection with a robbery at an east end convenience store.

On Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 a 1:45 am and unknown male entered the Circle K located at 353 Duckworth Street, in the City of Barrie, brandishing a knife and demanding money.  The suspect collected a small quantity of cash and left the store immediately. The employee was not physically harmed in the incident.

Description:

  • Male, white
  • 5'8" to 5'10" tall
  • Thin build
  • Wearing a black jacket with "House of $tingy$" on the back, dark baseball hat, dark hooded sweatshirt, black & red patterned bandanna, dark blue jeans, and black & white Adidas shoes
